A master-list and timeline of projects, as well as recommendations on:
- Minor improvements and maintenance
- Lighting and / or decor
- Furniture placement
- Organization and decluttering as needed

$350 +HST (payable up-front) and if you choose to list your home with me, I will refund your home consultation fee!
